Refund policy

We don’t offer refunds or accept returns — all sales are final.

The only exception is if your markers arrive damaged and can’t be used. If that happens, just send us a photo of the damage at info@getmagictag.com within 14 days of getting your order, and we’ll replace them for free.

We stand by our markers and the info we share about them. If they don’t work for the exact use you had in mind, try them on something else or pass them to a friend — they’ll appreciate it.

This no-returns policy helps us provide you with the lowest cost markers possible.
